Why do we not create Epics, with stories and then sub tasks underneath? It will give a more overall view on the “project” as an epic.

Doing it that way is more in line with Agile practices.

What are Work in Progress Limits? Let’s say you select 3 items to work on for a particular day and you have decided that you want to finish all three on the day. Item 1 will take 4 hours, item 2 will take 2 hours, but item 3 will require 6 hours. Would you be able to finish these 3 items in an 8 hour day? What should you do?

Hi Simo,

Thanks for posting. Yes you get it. It is about making your work visible, as I said today on the Vision Board for Kgotso. Glad to see you enjoyed it. Going forward we will be doing much more exciting stuff, but we had to put the first stepping stone down.
