Simon's story
An important addition to Simon’s story is that Simon regarded everything as important as urgent. (Sound familiar, ask Business to prioritise a feature – everything is important and urgent). What we had to do is go through a process of deciding what is important and urgent to Simon. (Let’s not jump hoops for other people). The key was identifying how much time attending that meeting would cost him and what little value it would provide.
