  Time and Accountability PowerUp – The concept of Work in Progress limits

  What are Work in Progress Limits? Let’s say you select 3 items to work on for a particular day and you have decided that you want to finish all three on the day. Item 1 will take 4 hours, item 2 will take 2 hours, but item 3 will require 6 hours. Would you be able to finish these 3 items in an 8 hour day? What should you do?
