The steroids is the ability to do conversations. I send you this, you send back that. Stubs have a set response. A stub is like a parrot – it can say the words, just does not understand the meaning.

I liked your statement about the rhythm of how we work. There is loads about the effect on productivity if you interrupt that rhythm, whether you have something else to do or not.
