The hardest thing for me was to get everyone at home to understand that I was actually working and not on leave. After a few weeks these boundaries were respected 🙂 – but it was quite tough in the beginning. I also had to resist the temptation to go to “work” in my Pyjamas 😀

I think the biggest thing is to establish a routine. It’s so easy to think “well I will get dressed later, or do this first”. If you have a routine you can fit in all your stuff into a routine.

The Time Management Course helped me tremendously to ensure I have time to do everything.

Another challenge is we have a tendency to no longer be innovative….has anyone picked up on this?

When you are up to your eyeballs in crododiles (sprint dates) and muck (budget) then it is very hard to be innovative.
