Becoming a Problem solver
In the workplace there are plenty of people who will tell you that your solution will not work, and that a particular problem is too big to solve. Don’t be that person.
Be the person that has at least 2 possible solutions to a problem. Build a reputation as a problem solver. Forget the political games and posturing for position—if you can solve problems that other people can’t or aren’t willing to tackle, you’ll easily become the most valuable person at any company.
In the below video, we outline the IDEA methodology to problem solving, to help you become a better problem solver.
