      • Cheryl, I think the article is helpful. This way of working is new for most of us and we need to practice this new way of working. You mentioned family; they too have to adjust to us being at home in the week but not available on demand / request. We also have to establish a new routine,  even considering peak times on the RMB platform. 

        There could also be network / connection problems on my home network or at RMB. What does that mean for me when I can’t actually work from home? Is there something else I can do that adds value that my line manager approves of? Do I have to work after normal hours to make up for time lost? 

        Something that has however changed is the talk of working from home and having “hot desks” that started abroad many years ago. We are now forced to adapt and adapt fast.
