Business Model You™

The foundational stone for the new skills economy is to think of yourself as a business, offering your services around your skills to the world of IT. The concept is embodied in a book Business Model You and delivered as a programme by a company Strategyzer™ and other educational institutions. I have been using the Business Model Canvas since early 2000. It is a great way to organise your thinking and take a break from the daily grind.
